<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and monitor overall planning, development, presentation, and coordination of all recruitment and selection process of employees in operations division including interview and hiring.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring the full implementation of HR policies (including employees handbook) and labor laws in Glow Group</li>
<li>Make suggestions to HR related to employee handbook, company rules and HR policies and regulations.</li>

<li>Assist HRD Manager</li>
<li>Maintain training and development, specifically strategic human resource development.</li>
<li>To ensure co-ordination and implementation of all training programmes. Also to ensure that training programs have achieved the basic objectives of the program.</li>
<li>To organise and co-ordinate all arrangements for training courses at various institutions and at the district and local level, on-job training, study tours and regional visits.</li>
<li>To maintain all relevant information on training</li>
<li>To undertake evaluation of the training programmes on a regular basis and submit reports at the end of each training activity and make recommendation for future training plans based on this experience.</li>
<li>To undertake any other training/ orientation program necessary for project interventions.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor record keeping systems as necessary or use established systems. Compile and enter data into the system.</li>
<li>Prepare statistical and narrative portions of training reports.</li>
<li>To conduct employee opinion survey and comprehensive report</li>

<li>Thai male / female.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years working experience in any other related field e.g.sales &amp; marketing, management, telesales experience, HR recruitment function, sourcing and candidate identification. Recruitment agency experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies</li>
<li>Proven ability to work within a team environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and diverse priorities simultaneously in a dynamic recruiting environment</li>
<li>Self motivated, result oriented, active with high work ethics and a strong desire to succeed.</li>
