C & B Manager

Our client is Thailand’s pioneer in manufacture of quality gypsum plasterboards and plasters.

Location: Bangkok

Benefit THB: 90,000 – 120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, develop, implement and monitor the compensation & benefits schemes of the company IN ORDER TO ensure competitiveness and in line with company philosophy.
  • Plan, organize and manage the entire compensation & benefits function IN ORDER TO maintain equity and consistency and ensure attractiveness, motivation and retain key employees for the company.
  • Effectively manage and administer annual review payment and annual bonus IN ORDER TO ensure it is paid on time and accuracy.
  • Effectively manage employee’s Performance Appraisal and Objective Setting IN ORDER TO ensure they are submitted on time and 100% completeness.
  • Develop, review, revise and update compensation & benefits policies & procedures IN ORDER TO ensure standard practice and consistency.
  • Manage, supervise and monitor subordinate for payroll’s process and system IN ORDER TO ensure all payment are accurate and on time with highly effectiveness.
  • Manage, supervise and certify subordinates regarding, collecting, consolidating and preparing all reports in regard of C&B

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thai Nationality age between 35 – 45
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above within the area of HR, Social Science, Psychology or related fields
  • 7 – 10 years experience in HR field with 5 years experience in C & B
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical skills.
