Location: Bangkok

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and communicate the SAP Development standards and development best practices.
• Review SAP development approaches and code designs, and code for standards compliance and development best practices.
• Coach and guide project development teams on SAP development processes, code reviews, and checklists.
• Develop and review estimations for SAP development work efforts to support business development.
• Act as representative of architecture team as subject matter expert on SAP development to resolve issues and conduct impact analyses as necessary.
• Create technical specifications for complex SAP programs as required.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality with Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 4-7 years experience SAP (ABAP) Development Experience in developing reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements and workflows
• At least 1-2 years experience in leading and managing a team of ABAP developers/ programmers in a development lead role within a SAP environment
• Familiarity with additional SAP Netweaver components and SAP Web Development is a plus
