Salary Range THB 50,000 – 60,000

Report to: Rollout Manager and Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• The Technical Project Engineer will perform as Project Coordinator to coordinate with customer and subcontractor, Project Supervisor to supervise and consult subcontractor on site and on call and Testing & Commissioning Engineer.
• Responsible for coordinating with customer and subcontractor.
• Control implementation work to be in line with project schedule.
• Initiate and submit progress report.
• Supervise subcontractor and installation work.
• Testing and commissioning IP MPLS equipment.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems as well as find out root cause analysis.
• Escalate technical product issues to Technical Support Center (TSC).
• Remote and on-site support if required.
• Perform installation / configuration of software upgrades or the installation of software patches if needed.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality with Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecommunication, Data Communication, Computer or related fields
• 3-5-year working experience in Telecommunication or Data Communication especially in IP/MPLS
• Experience in configuring and testing IP/MPLS equipment such as L2/L3 switch and router
• Having working experience with operator is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work or support with oversea experts
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Available for on-call and on-site support
