After Sales Manager – Spare Part

Our client is one of the leading providers in the international commercial vehicle industry.

Responsibilities:

Technical Workshop support:

  • Service Support Truck and Bus (technical support and advice)
  • Support and advice company’s center with the implementation of after sales spare part standards (priority setting, quality assurance, creation of transparency)
  • Evaluate service network quality (audit)
  • Advise compay’s center in the definition of standards, tools and processes
  • Technical 1st Level Support Bus and Truck
  • Data files

Service Marketing

  • Service marketing (competition analysis, potential analysis, benchmarks)
  • Service strategy regarding measures for market development, turnover, profit, campaigns
  • Company’s Service products
  • Advice and marketing of service products  (calculation repair and maintenance contracts)
  • Controlling of repair- and maintenance contracts (WRV) across different company’s centers
  • Handling of audits for repair- and maintenance contracts
  • Clearing warranty claims
  • Initiate and monitor implementation /use of central After Sales: Guidelines; Tools; Processes (e.g. dialogue reception)

 Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering and/or business economics
  • Thai Nationality, preferably age above 40 years old. 
  • Minimum 5 years in related job and tasks
  • Good command in English (German is a plus)
