Production Supervisor
Our client is a global nutrition manufacturing.
Location: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Report to: Production Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the production in the areas that responsible in order to meet with the company Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measurements such as productivity, quality, safety etc.
- Maintain the machine conditions (spare part control, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment calibration programs)
- Manage project improvement for the machine and equipment to get higher standard and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly results and use the guideline to manage production to meet the Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measurements.
- Motivate and build the teamwork and team spirit in production areas.
- Operating cost, budget & expense in the business plan.
- Key initiative project.
- Control quality, EH&S and GMP to meet the standard policy and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in production engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, food technology or any related field.
- At least 3 years manufacturing experience leadership in the field of food, nutrition, drug, consumer cosmetic and health care products that highly involved in GMP, ISO standard, HACCP requirement.
- Preferably candidate from Food Manufacturing.
- Very strong leadership skills in managing people, production activities, maintenance activities and people development training.
- Fluency in English communication, presentation, writing and speaking.
- Computer literacy.
